REIKI 1 TRAINING CLASS

Reiki 1, often referred to as the "First Degree," is the foundational step into the world of energy healing. It is more than just a class -- it is an initiation into a life-changing practice. This class is designed for beginners and focuses on understanding the history and principles of Reiki. We will discuss energy, Chakras, Auras / energy fields, anatomy, law and ethics, and Reiki hand positions. There will be hands-on training and practice using the hand positions. Each student will receive a sacred Reiki 1 attunement to open energy channels. The student will feel empowered to bring harmony and healing into their lives and the lives of others. Please bring food for your lunch break.

-Participants will receive the Level One Attunement and Certification.

-Time will be provided for hands-on practice.

-The program will include a 45min lunch break.

-We will use Essential Reiki, A Complete Guide to an Ancient Healing Art By Diane Stein. Which is available for purchase at Catalpa Tree Shops.
