Amy Gerardot is an Integrative Nutrition health coach, Reiki master, and Master/Instructor of Integrated Energy Therapy. She received her health coach training from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York, the world's largest nutrition and health coaching school. She received her Reiki Master certification training in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and her Integrated Energy Therapy Master/Instructor certification from the Center of Being, Inc in Woodstock, NY. Amy worked in the medical field for over 30 years and absolutely enjoyed it. She retired in 2023 to pursue working with clients doing energy therapy and giving lectures.

In this class we will discuss the 7 main chakras and where each are located in the body. We will talk about what each chakra governs in the body and if unbalanced, what effect that can have physically and emotionally. Tips will be given on how to realign each chakra.
